The first days in Cairns.

In the morning finally catch up with the diary. Then I went to Specsavers to order the same glasses again. The 'fun' in Alice Springs cost me 100 euros. Then I got some groceries and later visited Maggie, with whom we will travel the east coast next month.

The next day, Maggie immediately integrated me into her circle of friends, as I didn't know anyone in Cairns. With Darla and Maggie, we were supposed to go to Davies Creek, where we wanted to do an 11 km hiking trail. However, the weather didn't play along at all. It was raining heavily and we decided to visit a few waterfalls and a lake instead.
