A feeling of everyday life

After a very intensive workshop weekend in Arambol, I am now back in South Goa. Same accommodation as before, at Palm Garden on Main Road, just a few minutes from Patnem Beach. It feels like coming home.

I'm feeling a bit exhausted these days. From the first 2 weeks in India, in which so much happened. Hitesh is now in his hometown and so I'm using this week for myself, to regenerate, integrate, work, AND for the Advanced Ayurvedic Massage Course with Ranjeet. :) Last year I took the Basic Course with him. I'm looking forward to coming back to Germany with new massage skills.

In addition to the plans I have for this week, there is also enough time to enjoy Goa flair. For example, at a coconut on the way back from swimming. I now also have a bicycle, which, in addition to improved mobility, also gives me more of a “feeling of home.”
