Next destination: Cambodia.

Early in the morning, we took the bus to the border from Vietnam to Cambodia. I booked a more expensive bus specifically to avoid scams. The visa costs 30 dollars, but the bus drivers often charge more and pocket the extra money. In the end, I still had to pay 35 dollars.

But the landscape and weather in Cambodia were amazing.

Only the roads were quite bumpy.

But this greenery!

The capital city: Phnom Penh. Arrived after 7.5 hours instead of 6.

My hostel is highly recommended. It's a 14-bed room, but it was always very quiet.

German premium beer. Just strange that no German has ever heard of it.

First, let's eat something.

And then it was already evening.

The night market of Phnom Penh was about a three-minute walk away.

Here, you sit on the floor and eat.

Just like me. I fell asleep immediately at 10:30 PM.
