Denmark:

On the first day, we left at 11 am and our destination was Denmark. Jenny had already selected some nice campsites here.

Unexpectedly, we actually drove for 7.5 hours by car and went further than planned. In Denmark, we found a nice campsite by the water called Byaasgaard, where breakfast is even available in the morning if you want.

After the long drive, we cooked and prepared our car. Then we went to the beach, and we spent the evening on a small bridge. We tried fishing, but the only thing we caught was a crab :-D.

On the second day, we went to Copenhagen, about 50 km away from our campsite. We really liked Copenhagen, but after a short city trip, we continued towards Sweden. We realized very late that we were driving in the wrong direction, and instead of going to Sweden over the bridge, we took the ferry to Helsingborg. It was also a nice experience, so not a big deal :-D.

Sweden:

Our second campsite was a free campsite in Sweden right by a lake, and we really liked it here :-) We initially wanted to continue along the coast, but in the park4night app, there were often comments that camping or overnight stays were prohibited there (even though the right to access is supposed to apply to everyone). In any case, we were glad that we made a little detour inland. Our campsite was free, right by a lake, with shaded places, and Mike even caught a pike. In the morning, we went swimming in the lake.

Norway:

On our third day, we drove a bit further behind Oslo, so we reached Norway :-) We stayed at Tyrifjorden, on a beautiful free campsite right by the water. The view was unique, and the sunset was something very special. We had actually planned this place as our destination from the beginning, but because we thought at some point that it was too far to drive, we looked for other places, which were unfortunately complete disappointments... In the end, we ended up where we wanted to be. After a quick swim in the lake, we continued driving in pouring rain, and we had to pack up our rear tent in the rain, which was a bit annoying.

Actually, today we wanted to go hiking in Knutshøe, but it is not recommended in the rain. In the evening, we ended up at a campsite called Strandheim, which belongs to an old man who speaks German, English, and Norwegian. We were allowed to occupy the best place right by the water :).
