Day 29 Lac Iriki - Erg Chegagga

Today I drove into the Erg Chegagga. One of the two largest sand dune areas in Morocco. Sand all around and small dried mud fields. We set up camp early today. Just as we arrived, a big truck passed by. It's Helmut and Ulli with their dog Jari from Austria. We spend time together, and also take a look at the truck. Helmut has built the cabin himself
Solid wood, super cozy. But also worth mentioning is the good wild boar ham from Helmut. He's a butcher, so I treat myself to some too. Thank you very much for that. Now I'm looking forward to the campfire.
