Day 12 - Off to Hatta!
Weekend - family day. Today we explore the hinterland and drive to Hatta, on the border with Oman. Originally, we wanted to go to the Natural Pools, but since we would have to enter Oman and one of our family members does not have a passport, we cannot do that today. Unfortunate...
Instead, we visit the Hatta Heritage Village, take a detour into the desert, and then it's time to say goodbye to the family. We are flying back to Dubai tomorrow, so we will spend the last night at Premier Inn Airport Hotel, while the family returns to Abu Dhabi.
We spend the evening at the rooftop pool overlooking the surrounding skyscrapers. A relaxed end to an eventful Abu Dhabi - Dubai - Al Ain - Hatta - tour!
