USA 23.07.18 Return trip 2nd attempt 😂

Let's see if we can go back today.

Last night we received another delay notification from Eurowings. Only fifteen minutes for now...but that's usually how it starts with Eurowings☹️

Last night we used our dinner vouchers from the day before yesterday and yesterday at the steakhouse.

We also had a voucher for a bottle of wine.

That was really delicious.😀

Breakfast this morning was in a pretty ugly part.

Then a round at the pool before we are taken to the airport in the shuttle.

At least we are already at the airport now, but we have been here before😂

There are funny t-shirts here😀

So it actually looks like the plane will take off this time.

At least boarding has started.

Let's hope for the best 😇

After the pilot made an emergency stop on the runway again because a light was blinking that shouldn't blink, we take off on the 2nd attempt towards Munich. (my nerves 🙈)

It even looks like we'll still make the connecting flight to Cologne.

In Munich, there are again problems with the booking class and allegedly the plane is overbooked. After long discussions, we still get our booked seats and still arrive in Cologne.

That was the first attempt on Saturday. According to the flight attendant, we narrowly avoided an evacuation. The photos were taken by a fellow traveler we met again today.

Anyway, the main thing is to be back home, and what's at Aldi?
