Pagoda City

After Max said goodbye, I continued my journey to the pagoda city of Bagan. I explored a fraction of the 2,000 temples and sacred buildings that spread across the vast landscape east of the Irrawaddy River on an e-bike.

After 3 nights, I left the westernmost point of my trip and took a train back 630 km to Yangon. Within 19 hours, I crossed half the country.

Over the weekend, I enjoyed the perks of the 5 million metropolis before heading further southeast in the country...
