St. Kitts

Thursday, the last shore leave for us before La Romana. Our ship arrived early in the morning in St. Kitts. After breakfast, we went out to the shopping mall. We treated ourselves to a cappuccino. It was nice to just sit there, watch people, and do nothing else. For lunch, we went back on board. Our excursion started at 1:30 pm at the pier. We went around the island by bus and train. There was also a lot to drink on the Sugar Train, either with or without rum. The ride on the Sugar Train lasted about two hours and is highly recommended. At the harbor, we stopped at a bar to have a Coke before returning on board.
