Day 2 - Sea Day

We had a excellent night's sleep and since we had an inside cabin, we didn't know if it was day or night. It usually takes another night to get used to it. But since we were only there to sleep and shower, it was perfectly adequate.

At around 10:30 we went to the Market Restaurant for breakfast. It seemed that many people were late risers, like us, because it was still quite crowded. But definitely not overcrowded. Finding a seat was not a problem at all. Even the large round tables were available.

Afterwards, we discovered some corners on the ship that we didn't find yesterday. At some point, we ended up in the Lanai Bar, just sitting there and watching the sea. Pure vacation. And we realized that we would like to take another tour this year.

By the way, it was completely foggy and we have been driving with the foghorn since early morning. But it didn't bother us and it couldn't be heard at the back. And it was incredibly empty. Where are all the people? We've been looking for them since yesterday. In between, we had a snack at Fuego. Simple, but delicious. And suddenly the fog cleared and the sun came out. So we went back to the Lanai Bar and ordered drinks. And what did we see? Dolphins. It was as if they were waiting for the sun rays.

By the way, we were always on the ship, sometimes in the theater, sometimes on the Skywalk, drinking coffee.

And one eye was always on the smartphone in the afternoon, to find out about the results of the 2nd league. After all, we come from Berlin Köpenick. But well, on Thursday it was time for the next round at VfB. For dinner, we went to the Weite Welt Restaurant, just like yesterday. One thing you should know, the food rotates in the buffet restaurant. If you are in a different place the next day than the day before, you may find the same buffet. It was superbly delicious and once again we were just full. Oh, and we found a table right away and there were still plenty of available seats.

Afterwards, the captain was a guest at the Theatrium. A very interesting talk. Afterwards, the AIDA artists introduced themselves and showed off their singing skills.

Afterwards, we ended the evening with a cocktail and the Tropical Party at the Beach Club.

A beautiful and relaxed day. The staff was incredibly nice and fast and we never found it too crowded anywhere. Even during the day, there were always sunbeds available at the Beach Club and the Four Elements.

By the way, we had calm seas. It was a bit rocky in the morning. We wouldn't have minded a bit more. We're not like that.

For the next day, docking in Bergen was planned, with sunshine and summery 24 degrees. Because we always ate everything.
