Caminho Portuges - Day 6 Hiking

Day 6 Ponte de Lima - Rubias 17.6km

I hiked this stage alone again. With my new pilgrim friends, we already reserved something in the new place and promised to meet there again. So I started walking on this day and there was one of the most difficult stages of 19km and 500 meters of elevation ahead of me. I don't know why I was so motivated, but I completed the route in 4:15h and had a lot of fun! It was the right decision to make!

The rest of the day was very relaxing. I ate cookies with homemade jam in the hostel and waited for the others. When they slowly arrived, we had our first beer. We had a cozy room for the 7 of us and the evening in our place was just cozy and fun!
