Awesome ride on Highway I

I left early to explore the Redwoods and enjoy the drive along the West Coast under perfect conditions.

Because the rain had actually stopped and there was not a cloud in the sky. 👌👍😎

After about 2 hours of driving through the Redwoods, I switched to the legendary Highway I at Legett. Legendary dream road, most beautiful road in the world. I can only say it's true.

It's simply amazing how this (2-lane) road winds along the Pacific coast. It's like flipping through a picture book for hours.

Due to the many stops along the way, I didn't arrive in San Francisco until the evening. But I didn't miss out on a small pizza...

However, I will never forget the sight of the city, which was already glowing from a distance.

The absolute highlight, however, was the moment when the ends of the Golden Gate Bridge appeared on the right between the mountains, amazing. The crossing with the shining skyline on the right was unique.

I will stay here until the afternoon today and then head to Morro Bay.

The road is said to be even more impressive south of San Francisco.
