Where are we? - On the ship

On the penultimate day of our boat trip, we had planned to go swimming before breakfast, before traveling from Lopar to Krk and exploring the city a bit before the first rain started.

In the afternoon, we arrived in Omišalj. A very sleepy little town located above the harbor, with a beautiful small bathing bay, which we explored after the first rain showers at night. In the evening, the Captain's Dinner was on the program.

Due to the bad weather conditions, we spent our last day on board in the harbor until noon. Fortunately, it stopped raining from time to time, so we were able to take short walks and even have a last swim before heading to the destination port of Rijeka.

After entering, along with many other ships, it finally stopped raining from above and after a short walk through the (surprisingly) beautiful pedestrian zone, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at the fish restaurant.

A last evening on our ship, with our captain Alan taking care of us, rounded off this wonderful week - with the words: 'Where are we? - On the ship!'...

In the morning, we will head to the Plitvice Lakes.
