From Rostock to Bergen auf Rügen

And every day the groundhog greets: get up, brush teeth, individual liquid breakfast for everyone (Dad cocoa, Mom tea and Finn milk), walk, departure. Today's destination was Bergen auf Rügen. We made a stop at the gas station where we could finally "cheaply" refuel compared to Sweden.

We reached our destination before noon and first dedicated ourselves to personal care and washing up. For €2 we were allowed to shower for 6 minutes. Unfortunately, it seemed that the entire campsite had already done that before us, so the water wasn't quite comfortable temperature. But that wasn't too bad, as it was already nice and warm outside. Then we walked to the train station in the blazing midday sun. The result will be shown to Mommy and Daddy in the form of sunburn in the evening.

We reached the port city Sassnitz by train after 30 minutes and strolled through the city. We stopped for coffee at the harbor and treated ourselves to a fish sandwich. Finn got to conquer a playground again and Mommy and Daddy could witness how 2 educators dealt with conflict resolution with their children (waiting it out, sitting out the conflict, staying calm). We strolled along the sea for a while until we came across paths where the stroller reached its limit. So we made our way back through the old town and treated ourselves to some ice cream. We took the train back to Bergen. Marley even got to sit in the stroller on the train. We had dinner outdoors in front of the camper and thus a beautiful sunny day came to an end.
