Travel-wise, the Philippines doesn't always make it easy to get from point A to point B. And so, I ended up spending almost 48 hours without a bed, shower, etc., traveling by taxi, ferry, bus, and plane to get from Siqijor to Bali via Cebu, including sleeping in chairs, benches, and in every uncomfortable situation imaginable.
Since the ferries in Siquijor operate very irregularly, I had no choice but to ride a truck and a tricycle to the port early in the morning and wait there, then take the ferry to Liluan, a bus to Cebu, and a taxi to the airport. Arrival at midnight, departure at 7 am. It's not worth getting a hotel for such a short time, so I decided to doze off at the airport. And since I booked the flight at such short notice, I also have to endure 9 hours at the Kuala Lumpur airport. Two long, sleepless days of waiting... by the way, not the best time to ask, 'have you been getting enough rest?' And definitely not the best time for souvenir photos ;)
