Ubud 6:30.....Bicycle tour around Ubud, in Ubud and around Ubud ;-).

Our guide Wayan explained the culture and traditions of the Balinese people to us from time to time.

This also includes the very curious naming system.

There are 4 names in Bali and exactly in this order: Wayan, Made, Nyoman and Ketut. If there are more children, it starts over. Whether it is male or female, an 'I' or 'Ni' is placed in front. To make it easier, many have a middle name, which then sounds a bit more individual.

Highlights:

- Tine has a new friend (but there are too many legs involved ;-) )

- We are now certified downhill racers....unfortunately sometimes slowed down by bike-inexperienced Australian sightseers

- Volcano sightseeing, Mount Batur and Mount Agung

- Small excursion to the coffee plantation including tea and coffee tasting

- Burnt calories were replenished in the evening with a large vegan-super-organic-hipster ice cream
