Goodbye Mount Maunganui...

After a long time, I am checking in again from the other end of the world.

I spent the last 11 weeks in Mount Maunganui, where I met so many people from different parts of the world and developed many friendships. It will not be easy for me to leave Mount Maunganui behind...

I worked for 6 weeks at the Donutfactory with amazing people and had a lot of fun! It was a great experience and I was able to save some money for traveling.

During Christmas, I went back to Kellie and Ryan's and got to celebrate a New Zealand Christmas with them. After that, I spent three beautiful days traveling along the East Coast. I was the first person in the world to see the sunrise. I also fed wild stingrays and kingfish! I returned to Mount Maunganui for New Year's and spent some lovely days there.

Tomorrow, I am going on a trip with some people from the hostel I'm staying at, to continue my journey in the next few days.

Carla and I have also decided to continue traveling on our own. But I'm sure our paths will cross again :)

So, off to new adventures! See you soon and stay safe in the cold weather!
