Aachen in the morning

The last day has begun. The sun wakes us up again today.

I also passed my little challenge (5 countries - 5 runs) this morning. I can say that the run in Metz was my shortest, the one in Luxembourg was the most challenging - with the most elevation gain -, St. Vith was the coldest (I've ever run), Maastricht was the most beautiful, and Aachen was the last run. I will definitely take away many impressions and pictures.

We meet in the breakfast room and have our last breakfast together. The impressions of the last few days pass by us again. The joy of going home and the sadness that the trip will soon be over slowly sets in.

We store our luggage at the hotel and head towards the city centre.
