08&09|01|18, Cable Bay and working at -40°C

Hi guys,

The last two days were mainly spent working.

Yesterday we worked until noon! After that, we didn't go to the familiar beach here in Nelson, but to the 'Cable Bay'. A beach outside of Nelson that was really beautiful with turquoise crystal clear water, a great scenery and lots of sunshine! We actually spent the rest of the day here until bed time in the evening.

Today the work was much more exhausting, we went into a large freezer at -40°C. Here we pulled prawns out of a boat! However, without a crane or anything else and that was really damn exhausting! After work, we went to McDonald's for dinner and then went back to the beach where we met a girl from New Zealand that we met here in Nelson. At the beach, we talked a bit and laughed a lot.

Tomorrow work starts at 5:30 AM, so I should go to bed slowly 😴
