What a wonderful feeling it is to wake up early in the morning and have had a good night's sleep. I feel like that every day and I'm full of anticipation for a new day! I wonder what it has in store for me?
The first surprise was the wonderful blue sky. I wasn't expecting that after yesterday's rain, and the sunny weather accompanied me the whole tour. The second surprise was the course of the tour. I expected the first 15 kilometers to be like that, as it was simply a continuation of the previous day. Then I left the Eurovelo route EV-1 and took the connection to the EV-3 that Komoot suggested. But even these 30 kilometers were enjoyable. And exactly halfway there, after 50 kilometers, I reached the EV-3, which had already accompanied me for many days in Spain. And today, too, the route gave me many wonderful moments that I cannot even describe, and the photos only show a small part of the variety that I was able to experience on the bike. I am aware that the beautiful weather contributed a lot to this.
Finally, some information about the town I am currently in:
Mont-de-Marsan is a town in southwestern France. It is the capital of the department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The town is known for its traditional festivals, especially the Féria de la Madeleine in July, which features bullfights and other events. Mont-de-Marsan also has a beautiful old town with historic architecture and is surrounded by the scenic countryside of the Landes region. It is a great place to experience the culture and traditions of southwestern France.
Today I found a tiny house to stay in. So I have a whole house to myself. You can see what I mean in the photos.

What a pleasant sensation it is to lift it up over the morning and it is well rested. That's how I saw all days and I'm expecting a new day! What is reserved for me?
The first surprise was the wonderful blue sky. I didn't expect it because the rain came yesterday and the sunny time accompanied me throughout the race. The second surprise was how the circle passed. I expected the first 15 kilometers to go like this, because it was simply a continuation of the previous day. Just left the Euroveloweg EV-1 and saw the connection to the EV-3 that Komoot suggested. But I also enjoyed these 30 kilometers. And exactly at midday, he says, after 50 kilometers, he arrived at the EV-3, which I had accompanied for many days in Spain. And today the route has also given me many wonderful moments that I cannot describe and the photos only show a small fragment of the diversity that can be seen above the bike. I realize that good time contributed a lot.
Finally, some information about the people in what is now the same:
Mont-de-Marsan is a town in the southwest of France. It is the capital of the department of the Nueva Aquitania region. The city is known for its traditional festivals, especially the Madeleine Fair in July, which features bullfights and other events. Mont-de-Marsan also has a beautiful old castle with historic architecture and is surrounded by the picturesque landscape of the Las Landas region. It is a great place to experiment with the culture and traditions of southern France.
Today I found a small house where I was desperate. So I have a house to stay for me. You can see what I want to say in the photos.
