Day 3, 18.06.18

Good Morning in the Morning,

today our alarm clock rang at 5:30 am, so that we could have breakfast together with the mountain schools at 6:00 am. After a small snack, we headed towards Seescharte, which we could only reach by crossing several slippery snow fields and steep rocky slopes. Since the fog had already cleared, we were able to enjoy a breathtaking view at a dizzying height of 2599 meters. Then we went down the other side of the mountain. Despite the rocks, we managed to reach the valley, where we crossed a wonderful fairy tale forest. After the forest, we faced several ascents and a two-hour descent to Zams. In Zams, we took a short break at the bakery to recharge. After 8 hours of hiking, we are now taking the final stage to our hut by cable car. @ Lilly
