Po Valley

After we had a very good dinner and a bottle of wine last night, we slept well. Breakfast today was also sufficient. Then Pepe's front tire went flat. We changed the tube and everything was fine. Just in time for the start, the weather gods gave us a little shower, so we were able to continue riding dry for the rest of the day.

Today the route went from Rosolino to Ferrara. Most of the route was directly on the northern dam side of the Po. The river was flooded and the entire edge area was flooded. You could also call the route the "leaning church towers" route. It was very visually striking that the church towers on the northern side of the Po were all leaning.

In the city center of Ferrara we moved into our vending machine B&B, code for the door, description of where the room is, in which annex building breakfast is served, documents to be sent to the notified address and where payment or checkout takes place....

Walked around Ferarra a bit and took in the city.
