Escape!
In which rat trap did the traveler park his beautiful body yesterday?
What was on the walls?
A critter?
A sea urchin?
A mogwai?
It was fluffy and soft like a kitten and there were many stray paws on the move, because why else would they have left their adorable paw prints on the wall?
Or were they perhaps small, velvety fur samples?
In any case, the Gaijin, who did not particularly appreciate this petting zoo, preferred to ignore breakfast in the morning and embark on a daring escape, as if the man from his last affair was chasing after him!
So off they went with Berta, away from this rat hole.
After yesterday's indulgence (I was totally stuffed), the unnecessary one had decided to give the south coast a miss, because everything there was already built up, and to head west instead.
Because there's nothing interesting there anyway!
Right!
...and damn, was I wrong!
Andalusia really left me speechless!
There is simply everything: desert, plantations, white peaks, and apparently also hobbits!
What, hobbits?
By chance, the ignorant one turned off in Guadix, because a base instinct compelled him to do so, it was finally time to get something edible in front of the feeding hole!
So off the highway, to Guadix in search of food, and the hunger was satisfied.
It practically tore my misshapen head to the side when I saw a door in the mountain there, and it wasn't just one!
When a child greeted me there while I was snapping pictures, I was truly bewildered.
So they really grab a shovel and a pick and dig their home into the mountain!
I was truly speechless, here the ignorant one really showed that he is indeed devoid of all brain activity.
...and milestone 1 has been reached today!
I have reached Tarifa, finally at the southernmost point of my journey, and I must admit, I really had to take a deep breath and a tear rolled down my cheek...
Tomorrow I will stay here, visit the southernmost point, explore the city, and give Berta a rest.
The Gaijin didn't actually plan to do this, but it just feels good and right!
P.S. I don't think there will ever be proper German in my texts!
