Today I went to the beach in Tavira alone. As mentioned before, Felix is not allowed on the boat and there is no bridge. I was rewarded with the beach that you expect or have heard about in Portugal. We are definitely on the Sandalgarve now. There are no rocky beaches anymore. The sandy beaches are kilometers long, so people spread out a lot. Every few minutes, boats with about 10 people arrive on the island of Tavira from this small village alone.

I'll attach a few pictures. With the bike and boat, you can reach the beach from the campsite in 10 to 15 minutes. The crossing costs 1.50 euros (round trip). However, a dog and Portugal do not go together.
