Day 20

My alarm went off around 8 o'clock and it was pouring rain. I tidied up inside and then headed to the workshop. I explained my problem, but they wouldn't be able to look into it until Wednesday. Bummer. I parked at the beach and it was time for breakfast. I had a cappuccino and a croissant. I browsed a few shops because I was supposed to do laundry for 3 days now. Didn't find anything, so I went back to the bus. I tried another workshop, but they referred me to the one I was at this morning. I quickly refueled and moved to a different parking spot, but nearby.

Since it was raining on and off, today turned into a bus day. I continued writing on my blog. Around 6pm, I had pasta with Bolognese sauce, washed the dishes in the rain, and got bored. I hadn't read a book in a long time. I FaceTimed with Qerim, a colleague from my training days, and later on with Jerry, Finn, Sammy, Ron, and Heiti, who were also on vacation. I treated myself to a few beers, since I couldn't do anything anyway. 😕 It was frustrating, I wanted to move somehow. Well, I guess it's just a rest day. 😁 Next to me, Anna and Elisabeth, 2 Austrian girls who were on their way home from Portugal, parked their van. We had a few cold beers together and chatted about everything under the sun. 😁 It got very late and I went to bed after midnight.
