Noosa, Sunshine Coast... off to the south!

We stayed in Noosa for 2 nights because we really liked it there. We took a stroll and explored the city, but didn't do much else.

Noosa is located at the top of the Sunshine Coast, and since we were so impressed with this place, we had high expectations for the Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. The beach is beautiful of course, but the towns are not very impressive. So we only stayed one more night in Maroochydore before heading to the Gold Coast. On the way there, we visited Kondalilla Falls National Park, which is a bit more inland, in the so-called "Sunshine Coast Hinterlands".

We walked 6 km through the rainforest in the hopes of seeing the promised beautiful waterfalls.

Let's see if this place lives up to its promises.

Oh, and before I forget... Christmas is slowly coming to us too, we have decorated our camper.
