Once again in the morning we had to pack...

We wanted to go to the beach in Tulum, but after about an hour we decided to go to Bacalar instead. The beach wasn't really nice and unfortunately it had a lot of algae.

After a rather long drive, we reached the small town of Bacalar, which was located on a lagoon. We parked right in front of a bike shop, as we had booked a bike tour through the town.

Our guide Pablo was great and showed us all the important spots in town. Whether they were historical, artistic or food-related. The tour was fantastic. Unfortunately, at the end of the tour, my circulation wasn't working so well anymore, so we went back to the Airbnb early and had a cozy evening there.
