Costa Rica - Monteverde

Our next stop Monteverde is located in the mountainous northwest of Costa Rica and is known for its diverse cloud forests and incredible range of activities. After arriving, we immediately set off on foot to explore one of the impressive forests. The next day, we had the opportunity to go ziplining on the longest zipline in Latin America and try the Tarzan Swing (a lighter version of bungee jumping). Unfortunately, I can't attach videos here, so I've included some screenshots at least. We had a blast, that's for sure!

Afterwards, we explored the canopy of the forest by walking on high suspension bridges and lowered our adrenaline levels a bit.

Since it was quite cold in Monteverde, we were looking forward to ending each day by enjoying a beer and the company of our new friends in the hostel's hot tub. :-)
