Reedham and Wivenhoe

We are driving towards the coast and end up in a small village on the River Yare, where we want to refill the water.

At the harbor, you can do this for a tip. But there are signs that prohibit overnight stays. So we ask the harbor master, who asks another one, who knows someone from the community and asks them. No problem, we can stay 😂

In the village, there is the harbor and two pubs, that's it.

The next morning we take the ferry across the river, it is pulled across the river by means of an iron chain. Crew 1

In the evening we are near Wivenhoe in the Brightlingsea Bay. There we drive almost to the water, next to a bird sanctuary.

We chat with two fishermen and take a long walk.
