Brisbane city trip (pub tour)

Now even with pictures, after initially small problems 😅

Arrived in Brisbane yesterday. Quickly settled into the campsite and went shopping. Had some Australian chicken and off to the city.

Since we are already experts in taking buses, we managed to get to the city as planned. We took a walk along the Brisbane River. Passed by 'The Wheel of Brisbane'. They even have a lagoon in the middle of the city for swimming, because it's not so great in the river.

We took the free Hopp-On ferry to the other side of the river for window shopping. The bars and pubs on this side are already bustling in the afternoon, it almost turned into a pub tour. But we definitely had to take the ferry along the river at sunset. And we quickly realized why. Pictures would be really handy now. 😂

After our boat tour, we strolled through a night market. There we had 'German Bratwurst' and overpriced beer at 'Munich'. It was like a warm-up for today. Because we're going to the Oktoberfest in Brisbane now.
