26th January Cobar - St. Georges

Continuing through the endless streets towards St. Georges. Australia Day and dead silence everywhere. Well, the day is controversial, especially among the Aboriginals who have nothing to celebrate now that the Europeans came. St. Georges is accordingly dead, as the supermarkets here are closed. We visit the pub at the Australia Hotel and the staff asks us where we come from. 'From Germany.' ' And what are you doing here in St. Georges?😳🙄' Well, we are passing through to the Sunshine Coast.' 'Ahh, good, very good!!!' 

There's not much going on at our campsite, we rented a cabin.
