December 30th Melbourne

After a good night's sleep, refreshed and fresh, we explore Melbourne. It's a pleasant 27 degrees and sunny. First duty: to buy Ralf an Aussie hat. Then we stroll through the city and that makes you thirsty. So quickly to the most famous pub in Melbourne, no, not because of the beer, it's the naked lady .....

Along the Yarra River, we go to the casino and because our feet hurt a bit, we hop on the City Tram, a free tourist tram that circulates around the city center and provides information about the sights of Melbourne.
Ralf and I visit the botanical garden with a variety of beautiful flowers, a great garden area, and a small lake where you can go boating with a 'gondolier'.
We spend the evening at the University of Melbourne, in the Italian quarter, and enjoy a delicious pizza and pasta.
