Nordic cycle path in Sweden

The signage in rural areas is getting worse or no longer existent. We completed the tour to Norway only with the help of a navigation system!

Unlike Denmark, there are hardly any gravel roads on the route in Sweden, but there are more inclines to conquer. Good training for Norway. The route often takes us through the hinterland and then back to the coast. Almost always downhill to the small villages along the coast. The splendor of some villages from old days (spa towns) can still be recognized. Then uphill again on partly busy main roads, but also through the villages with narrow roads, which are less frequented.

The fjords have to be circumvented. There are not many bridges and here and there ferries are in use, sometimes even free of charge.
