02 in Girona

With an hour's delay, I arrived in Girona by bus shortly after 8 a.m. The bike ride from the airport to Girona was short and not particularly strenuous.

Since my host wasn't there, a friend of hers met me. But once again, it wasn't as easy with the bicycle as she had told me. In the end, it was a sweaty job to park it on the ground floor with the alarm system.

After 2 hours of sleep, which I really needed, I took a varied walk through Girona. I had an impressive view of the city, especially from the accessible city wall. Afterwards, I also visited the large cathedral.

It was still quite cool on the eBike ride. But it quickly warmed up to a summery 25°, with the sky being bright blue all day long.
