Day 84 to 88, the expedition comes to an end

The last days are coming... Before we went home, we spent another 3 days in Bangkok. April is the hottest month of the year there and Bangkok was like an oven 🥵. It felt like it was over 40 degrees and was very hard for us to bear. Our accommodation was near the Sathorn Pier on the Chao Phraya. A very lively area that seemed very original. There weren't many tourists on the streets. We were glad that we had done our sightseeing tour 3 months ago because it was just too hot for big tours.

Time for a conclusion:

The three months went by incredibly quickly. We were able to travel to a total of six countries, all of which were beautiful in their own way. There were many highlights and it is difficult to highlight one experience. Everyone was always very nice to us and we never felt unsafe or threatened. A smile always got you further😊. Three months is a long time and we are happy to be back home and to have our loved ones not just on the phone.
