Einiges ändert sich, einiges nicht

After all the excitement, the hunger came first, so quick decisions had to be made, after all it was just after 8 pm. From our family vacation in 2016 I still knew a pub with rooms in Folkestone. There was a room at a good price and they even made us something to eat. At the entrance of the pub there was a barrier chain, entry only after hand disinfection, fever measurement and provision of personal data. You will only be served at the table. To stimulate the economy, there is a funding program from Monday to Wednesday, which promotes eating out with up to £10 per person. For us it meant: 50% off the food. So nice, so good. Breakfast is also served in the room... But good to see that they take it seriously.

The bed was great, the view in the morning was magnificent...

Today we have a 520 km drive to the south... Here we go...
