It was November 22nd! A particularly great day. So where do I start? Firstly, my roommate himself is quite new to Los Angeles, he moved into the house two weeks before I arrived. Still a total stranger. He asked me if I wanted to go on a little tour of the hotspots in LA with him. I brought Carina along, so that settled it. Wuuuhuuu, I couldn't wait. I was so excited. Ready, set, go. Ryan, that's what my roommate or landlord is called, by the way, drove towards downtown. We had hungry mouths on board *laugh*. Ryan had apparently received a great insider tip from an acquaintance, it must be the ultimate hit. So, okay...
Eggslut, that's what this awesome place was supposed to be. It looked really delicious. However, I had already had breakfast and to be honest, it wasn't worth standing in line for nearly 30 minutes for eggs. Yes, you heard right! The line just kept going. In the picture, you can see it well: The two ladies in shorts marked the end of the line, and I was standing at the food counter taking pictures. Unfortunately, I missed taking pictures of the food, it was actually a bagel with scrambled eggs and other desired layers on top.
I also found the sign funny.
Breakfast was done for Ryan and Carina, then we finally drove towards Hollywood.
The famous film school in Hollywood.
Here we are - yippee. One of my biggest dreams is coming true.
Walk of Fame.
What I personally didn't know is that the Walk of Fame is not just for actors. Singers, celebrities from the theater, and TV shows are also honored with a star here.
My very own star. :-)
This fun cost me a whole 20 dollars with these 3 people, but you can invest that for such cool pictures.
The palace of Scientology is also located here in Hollywood :-/
Can you see it very small... that's where we're going now.
We had to find a suitable spot first to see this sign up close. But after searching for a while, we were able to take really great snapshots. See for yourself.
That's not close enough yet.
yay, made it! Absolutely fantastic. I really had to enjoy that moment.
