.. And off we go with the wild mouse...

At least that's how it felt. The alarm clock rang promptly at 6 o'clock and I was anything but fit, of course. Feels like work. 😞

At least there were still some things to be done and the rest to be packed. Then my personal shuttle service arrived. Many thanks again dear Sandra and Lukas.

At 7:45 a.m. the FlixBus to Berlin Tegel arrived on time. The bus driver was ruthlessly friendly...

After he greeted everyone more or less and we stowed our things, we got on the bus. Great, there was only one seat left. But there was his bag. Of course, I pushed it aside... Bam, first scolding 😂...

... And the second one came because I dared to make a phone call...

This is how it goes...

Then the following announcement came...

'Please lift all bags and do not put them between your legs, we are not on the Reichs.. uh, on the train or plane... You can crash and die there. Here you might still be lucky...'

Oh, the day starts off great with announcements like this.

... And another lesson learned, if I ever become a bus driver, I'll have to say 'Abgemoint' every time a bus comes towards me... I don't know how many buses our bus driver greeted... Apparently, they know each other in the scene 😉

Well, in Tegel it was déjà vu. The last vacation was over a year ago and went to Helsinki, and this time, I have to change planes in Helsinki and then it goes on to Bangkok.

Now I'm sitting in Helsinki waiting for the next leg of the journey and the first day is over.

It continues at 5:35 p.m. and arrival is at 7:15 a.m. local time in Bangkok. So in Germany, it will be 2:15 a.m.
