F: Arrival in La Paz

Upon our return from the jungle, Bolivia suddenly seemed much quieter than the weeks before. Simon's acquaintances in La Paz unanimously reported that the situation had completely calmed down, there were already first tourists again, there was nothing standing in the way of a visit. So we returned to our original plan to continue traveling from Puno at Lake Titicaca to La Paz.

This morning we crossed the border and so far have not seen any signs of street battles, barricades, or the like. At most, the crossed-out Evo Morales advertisements could be from October/November.
