Ponderosa

Excursion (from Redcliffe towards Glass House Mountains) to Rocksberg, to the former house of Hannes' parents: the Ponderosa. Today, posts for a new fence are to be set.

During the exploration of the property, we unexpectedly encounter a snake, a Black Snake, which calmly disappears into the bushes. Many birds can also be observed, whose names I still do not know and which are very camera-shy; they absolutely did not want to be photographed on my photo hunt to Gregorys Creek, which borders the property.

During lunch, a bush turkey came by and curiously looked to see what we have to eat: chicken from the supermarket (for the meat eaters).
