Day 2 Stage 4 Bad Tölz - Tutzinger Hütte

Shall we take a train or walk? We'll walk all the way. I must have annoyed Farina quite a bit 🍪, as I constantly had concerns about not making it on time. After about 2 hours, we arrived at the base station of Brauneck mountain railway. Not for us, we'll walk up. Our heart rate was raised quite a bit here. Once we reached the top, we treated ourselves to a soup break.

It was important for me to walk the path over the Achsköpfe, as it should be a little taste for many more to come. And it really was, sometimes quite tricky.

The view today was phenomenal. The weather was perfect. Many peaks of the Karwendel mountains. A view of the pre-Alpine region to Munich. Simply amazing.

We arrived at Tutzinger Hütte around 5 p.m.
There were only sleeping places available. Ahoy snorers. The food was good. An Aperol to end the day, and feeling pretty exhausted.
