Sauna and fireplace would be nice right now

Nəşr edilmişdir: 22.11.2021

Monday, November 22nd.

Yes, the sun hasn't been seen for days. How does a blue sky look again? I hope it changes soon because it's really uncomfortable. And the gray sky is starting to weigh on my spirits. I should have brought more warm clothes.

Yesterday, we ventured into Peruvian traffic for the first time on our own and went to the Catholic colleague. The roads are partially very bad, and there are speed bumps to slow down the traffic. Luckily, we have a big car because the stronger one has the advantage. At the traffic lights, you can see begging children, women, and disabled people. For example, a legless boy was crawling on his bottom on a busy street to get something. Those are extremely depressing moments.

In the better neighborhoods, there are caretakers everywhere. Next to our gate, for example, there are guards day and night. And there are many patrol cars on the roads.

After the visit, I learned to appreciate how nice our place is. Behind the Catholic church, a 17-story building is being constructed. So there is constant construction noise. Only 6 floors have been completed so far.

Yesterday, I saw this little pug in a pink dress. Since there are Christmas costumes for dogs in the supermarket, we should be prepared for something in the near future. Christmas decorations are already being put up here, but very kitschy. Here, there are not only housemaids, nannies, gardeners, and caretakers, but also dog walkers. Some walk with 4-5 dogs in the park, where the dogs do their business and it's immediately picked up.

Today, I cleaned a lot in front of the house. If you don't need the mask against Corona, then you need it against the constant dust. But at least I always have something to do, unlike in the apartment.

Where was the sauna again...?
