Hello there,
Today we continued our journey northward. We traveled along the coast by train, enjoying the beautiful views and sunny weather, from Perth to Aberdeen. In Aberdeen, we passed by Scotland's largest industrial harbor and arrived at a small peninsula known for its large dolphin colony. And the dolphins didn't keep us waiting for long. We sometimes only saw fins emerging from the water, and other times we saw multiple animals leaping out of the water. We even spotted an orca in between.
After a quick round in Aberdeen's city center and a visit to a second-hand bookstore, we continued to Inverness where we will be staying for the next two nights.
But more on that tomorrow.
Until tomorrow,
Veronika
