Denpasar, Bali 🌴

Uñt’ayata: 16.05.2018

After 4 hours of flying to Brisbane and another 7 hours to Denpasar, we finally arrived in Bali.

Passport control, luggage retrieved, and then off to the hotel.

Due to the time difference and the drastic temperature change from New Zealand, we were completely exhausted, so we quickly went to get something to eat.

On the way there, it was total chaos.

As we found out, there seem to be no traffic rules here in Bali. Everyone drives however they want, whether the traffic light is green or red.

On the first day, we went straight to Seminyak market. We walked through endless sales stands.

We continued to the beach, where we enjoyed the sun and had a leisurely breakfast.

We spent the afternoon at the spa. First, we had a foot treatment with the nibbling fish, and then we treated ourselves to a back massage. 💆🏼

On the way back to the hotel, where we spent the evening relaxing.

The next day, we went to Kuta and Denpasar. We also visited the markets there and enjoyed our time until we drove to our accommodation in Ubud.
