Interval training continues

Uñt’ayata: 10.05.2024

I have been doing my interval training for several hours every day for the last 5 days and I feel like I am getting better at climbing. Based on my experience, I booked the ferry to Plymouth in good time, but unfortunately it was no longer possible on Monday or Tuesday, so I chose Sunday. I entered the route to Roscoff, where the ferry leaves, into Komoot and rated it as doable. However, I discovered that the vélomaritime has a lot more bends and is much longer than I thought. To avoid stress, I have taken a heavy heart and taken a 30km coastal path shortcut. My conclusion: it is better to plan pessimistically than optimistically :-) but the sun is shining and I have been swimming in the pool - I don't really dare to go into the sea.

Of course, the route was still a dream, Tréguier, Lannion and Pointe de Primel were particularly great. And I had to stop and take a photo all the time. It feels like the coast is getting more and more beautiful and even more impressive. At the moment I'm meeting a lot more hikers than cyclists. The French have had the day off since Wednesday and there's a lot going on on the coast.
