Theoretically we would have left before 10 today, but someone took forever to dump and that was the case again after 10 :) but it doesn't matter, we don't have any stress.
Shortly before Dunedin (I still don't know how to pronounce it) we went to Tunnel Beach. The walk was easy and you had beautiful views over the coast and painted cliffs. Once at the bottom you could walk through a steep tunnel with small steps down to the beach. We had checked the tide beforehand and that worked out fine.
Then we stopped in Dunedin and looked for something to eat and found a Japanese restaurant. It was really tasty, I think it was my first time eating dumplings. We took pictures of the Railway Station, which is probably the most photographed building in NZ, but was also very beautiful with all the flowers in the front.
After hopefully the last purchase in the countdown with free bananas for E, we went on to our Freedom Carpark on a beach. It's pretty simple, but we have everything we need. In the evening, wild geese walked along the beach as if they were taking a leisurely evening walk.
Fall asleep one last time with the sound of the sea.
