Hello everyone!
Today was a typical school day and everything is already accustomed. I no longer have to search for my rooms and I have already met many people. Many people come up to me and want to learn something about Germany - sometimes it takes up the whole hour. Today I attended my first test and it made me feel like I was back in elementary school because they put partitions on the tables everywhere. Also, today I chose my own schedule for next week.
Later, I'm going to a football game. It's really amazing that there is a sports event almost every day here and many students travel to support it. On days without a sports event, you can, for example, go to a museum, where we went yesterday and for a small town, it was a really big museum. That's actually the biggest difference I noticed. Even in a small town like Charles City, there is always something different happening every day and there is no one who spends the whole afternoon at home.

Hello everybody!
Today was a typical day of school and everything starts to feel normal. I‘m not searching my rooms anymore and I came in contact with many different people. Many people are interested in Germany and they ask me something about it-sometimes it takes the whole lesson. Today I saw a class writing a test for the first time in America and it felt like primary school to me because they put a visual cover on the desks. I‘ve also chosen my own time table for next week today.
Later I will visit a football game. It is really fascinating to me that there‘s a sportsevent almost every day. If there‘s no sportsevent you can visit a museum. We did it yesterday and it was a really big museum for a small city.
That’s the biggest difference which I recognized here. Even in a small city as Charles City is there is no one who stays at home the whole afternoon.
