We spend most of the day by the pool. In the late afternoon, we meet up with a friend of Steven's who shows us a bit of Santiago. In the evening, we have a Chilean specialty together, a Chorrillana. It's a mountain of fries topped with meat, onions, and egg. My vegetarian version was topped with peppers, onions, and cheese sauce.
