12th day in Osaka

Today we are at Osaka Castle. What can I say, according to all travel guides, the place is worth seeing, but we were both rather disappointed. It is certainly pretty to look at, but it was somehow very crowded, commercialized, and dirty. So far, we have had a much better or different impression at all the other sights. However, the view and the main tower were beautiful. Around the castle, there is the so-called pier and a concert hall, where Superfly performed today. Probably Japanese rock. The people here were definitely fanatical! Additionally, there was a small festival called Neputa Festival. I didn't quite understand what it is, but there was a lot of food and this time almost no English signs. After spending a long time there, we are now packing up and heading to Kanazawa tomorrow. There is allegedly a thunderstorm tomorrow.
