38. Stage Olveiroa to Muxia

I had prepared for a rainy day, and that's how the day started and how it ended, but the arrival in Muxia and the tour of the city made up for everything.

It rained steadily until early afternoon. My friend, the snail, seems to be surfing.

But the drizzly weather does not dampen my good mood. There are always beautiful sights to see. When I pass the large brass shoes and the staff, I regret being alone. I would have loved to climb into the shoes, hold the staff firmly in my hands, and have my picture taken in that pose.

After a few more kilometers, comes the decision: 2 monoliths that are pointing their arrows in opposite directions. Left leads to Finistere and right leads to Muxia. I made my decision for Muxia yesterday........ and I am not disappointed.

What a great welcome the town gives me. First, I see the sea from a distance in the best weather and I'm already excited. The closer I get, the more beautiful the scenery becomes.

And when I make my round tour of the city after checking in at the hostel and taking a hot shower, I am totally 'flashed'.

Back in the hostel, I start finishing my travel blog for today while the rain starts again, first: 'outside' and second: 'no matter'.

What a great day comes to an end.
